Chloe battled an eating disorder for many years. "I was a size 10 but I wanted to be a size six. The gym was my way of losing weight the right way, but I just worried that I was going to ruin it all when I got home," she told Reveal magazine. She survived on a diet of Go Ahead yoghurt bars, a banana and a tin of mackerel and was also making herself sick after meals. "I was soon doing it (being sick) most days. I'd starve myself to the point where I had to eat and then I got the food out straightaway, even if it was something really little." Eventually, she started to look sick. "I looked at at one picture and thought, 'F**k, I look anorexic.' I looked so ill and I knew I had to put on weight."

Chloe has undergone multiple plastic surgery procedures, including two boob jobs, fillers in her face, Botox, lip fillers, a Brazilian bum lift, and veneers, per New! Magazine. However, she doesn't discuss them with her daughter, Madison, explaining "it's not something she needs to be aware of." She said: "In the past, whenever I've had any bruises or anything like that, I'd just make something up, say I fell over or something.

Chloe works out to keep her body thin and toned. She relies on regular weight training sessions with a personal trainer, lifting weights and doing strength training exercises.

When Chloe needs to get in great shape fast, she will use a meal prep/delivery service. "It's onnnn… I've been on & off with my healthy eating but with less than a month to prepare for possibly returning to work this will deffo help me stay on track towards my goals," she said about Do the Unthinkable plan.

Chloe eats healthy – most of the time. Her favorite cheat meal? A huge hamburger with french fries. Consider a plant-based burger. "It looks like a burger. It cooks like a burger. Some say it tastes similar to burger. But is it healthier?" asks the Mayo Clinic. "It really depends on how that plant-based burger is made," says Katherine Zertasky, a Mayo Clinic registered dietitian nutritionist, who "says the benefit of plant-based burgers usually comes in the form of fiber and other nutrients. But then comes the issue of fat." "Some plant-based burgers are going to have added fat, and oftentimes, the added fat is a saturated fat….Saturated fat has an association with raising our bad cholesterol, and the concern is that it may increase our heart disease risk."
